Hi-Chromium Hi-Carbon Blow Bar

Hi-chromium hi-carbon blow bar/ abrasion resistant white cast iron blow bar is used for abrasion resistant applications. It is used for crushing and grinding of abrasive materials. Our blow bar has excellent wear resistant properties and it has high hardness level beyond 450 BHN minimum, which increases the overall service life of the blow bar along-with increased production thereby reducing the downtime maintenance of the machine and the use of its consumables.  Presence of large amount of eutectic carbide in a complete martensitic matrix structure is responsible for such high level of hardness.

We manufacture hi-chromium hi-carbon blow bar in various size and dimension for all kinds of impactor crusher machinemanufactured by various companies around the world. Weight of each blow bar manufactured by us can range from 45 kgs. to upto 280 kgs. single piece. We accept large quantity order for these blow bars. Hi-chromium hi-carbon blow bar is manufactured as per EN 12513:2011 (E) with chromium content ranging from 11% to 30%.

All the hi-chromium hi-carbon blow baris properly and strictly checked for its chemical properties on 37 channel analysis Spectro Inc. Germany make spectrometer by tapping liquid metal directly from the induction furnace. It is than perfectly heat treated in a state of the art electric hearth heat treatment furnace having programmable PLC based temperature controller and chartless recorder followed by hardening and normalizing heat treatment procedure.

After the heat treatment process is complete metallography test of samples is done on a 1000x magnification metallurgical microscopealong-with support of image analysis software both imported from Italy to determine the grain structure and matrix formation which in-turn helps to know thesoundness of the blow bar. Hardness is than measured directly on the blow bar using digital hardness tester imported from Proceq Switzerland.

We are supplying hi-chromium hi-carbon blow bar tothermal power plants and stone mining queries located in Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam, Bhutan and Nepal.
