Jaw Plates

We manufacture excellent quality austenitic manganese steel jaw plate since 1983. It is used in extreme tough conditions for crushing application of stones, rocks and minerals. Our jaw plates offer you quick work hardening, increased wear resistance and long service life.

We manufacture jaw plate is various shapes, size and dimension. We manufacture jaw plates from 30 kgs. toupto 2000 kgs. single piece. Austenitic manganese steel jaw plates are manufactured as per IS 276 grade 1 to upto grade 7 and the manganese content ranges from 11% to 21%.

All the jaw plates are properly and strictly checked for its chemical properties on 37 channel analysis spectrometer by tapping liquid metal from the induction furnace. All the jaw plates are perfectly heat treated in a state of the art electric hearth heat treatment furnace having programmable PLC based temperature controller and chartless recorder followed by water quenching in a well agitated and recirculated water quenching tank. After the heat treatment process metallography of test samples are done to determine the grain structure and matrix formation which helps to know duration of service for each jaw plate.

We have being supplying jaw plates to mining queries, Ferro alloys producing plants, steel plants and thermal power plants located in Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Assam, Telangana and Nepal.
